Delivery & Returns
Kidcol endeavours to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase however we understand that on rare occasions things do go wrong. Your rights in relation to refunds and returns are set out below.
1. Refund Policy:
1.1 The following is our returns and refunds policy. Please read this carefully before purchase. All purchases made will be deemed as acknowledgement of this policy by the customer.
1.2 Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
2. Changed mind/Ordered accidentally non-Faulty item:
2.1 You have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and to receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions as follows:
2.2 If you change your mind about purchasing a product or have ordered the item accidentally (Please do not press refresh or try to pay again whilst the payment is going through as this will submit multiple orders) , as long as it has not been used, please notify us by email to info@kidcol.com within 14 days of receiving the products from us.
2.3 You cannot change your mind about an order for products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
2.4 If you change your mind after trying and testing the product outside it will be considered as a used product.
2.5 Your product must be returned at your own cost along with a return form we will send to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us in the same condition that it was sent to you and all postage/delivery charges have been fully paid for. We can arrange the return for you at a cost of 10GBP which will then be deducted from the final refund.
2.6 We only refund the standard delivery costs in relation to the original shipment to you. We will not refund extra charges that you paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.
2.7 We will reduce your refund if you have used or damaged the products. If you handle the products in a way that would not be acceptable in-store we will reduce your refund to compensate us for its reduced value. For example we reduce your refund if the product’s condition is not “as new”, price tags or other labels have been removed, the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing. In some cases because of the way you have treated a product no refund may be due.
2.8 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the products you are returning because you have changed your mind . The refund will be made by the same method that you used to make payment to us originally. We do not charge a fee for this refund.
3. Received Damaged box:
3.1 If you receive our item in a damaged box please check the item inside the box for any faults or damages. The box itself is there just for carriage purposes and to make sure the item inside is protected. The box may get damaged as it goes through the transit system and changes hands and vehicles.
4. Received Incorrect item / Missing Parts:
4.1 If you happen to receive an incorrect item or there are parts missing in the box please contact us on info@kidcol.com within 14 days of receipt along with your name and order number. If the missing items are not brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery we will assume all the items have been received in the event of a return.
4.2 We will ask you to send pictures and details of how the item was received. After confirming the issue through the pictures we will send you a return form and arrange a return or send out any missing parts. Once the item is received by us and has been inspected to make sure it has not been used and has been returned in the same condition it was received, we will proceed to send the correct item out to you.
4.3 If the item is found to be used upon return, or parts are found to be missing that you have not notified to us we will process a refund minus the shipping charge of 10GBP to bring the item back to us. [There will also be a processing fee of 15GBP ] A deduction will be made for each missing part according to the sale price of the part on our website of the item.
5. Received Faulty or defective item:
5.1 You must use your products in accordance with the user instructions provided. These include (but are not limited to) not exceeding the weight capacity of a product and not using excessive force.
5.2 If you happen to receive a faulty item please contact us on info@kidcol.com providing your name and order number. We will honour our legal duty to provide products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law.
5.3 We will ask you to send pictures and details of how the item was received. After confirming the issue through the pictures we will send you replacement parts or a return form and arrange a return.
5.4 If you return the product to us within 30 days because it is faulty you are entitled to a refund of the price paid and our standard delivery charges or a new replacement.
5.5 If you return the product to us within 6 months and your product cannot be repaired or replaced then you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
5.6 Please kindly note, if the item is found not to be faulty , has been used or parts are found to be missing we will process a refund minus the shipping charge of 10GBP to bring the item back to us. There will also be a processing fee of 15GBP and a deduction will be made for each missing part according to the sale price of the part on our website.
6. Item has come up with a fault or defect:
6.1 You must use your products in accordance with the user instructions provided. These include (but are not limited to) not exceeding the weight capacity of a product and not using excessive force.
6.2 If your item comes up with a fault or defect within 12 months please contact us oninfo@kidcol.com providing your name and order number.

6.3 We will ask you to send pictures and details of how the item was received. After confirming the issue through the pictures we will send you replacement parts or the item will have to be returned for repair/like for like replacement. If you have purchased your item more than 90 days ago your product must be returned at your own cost along with a return form we will send to you. Alternatively we can arrange the return for you at a cost of 10GBP.
7. Important Notes:
7.1 Refusing the delivery or calling the parcel back once it has been dispatched will incur a 10GBP fee.
7.2 In the instance of any refunds you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7.3 If the item has been taken abroad or has been dismantled, this will void the warranty.
7.4 The Lejoux Stroller has gone through thorough testing and has 1000's of happy users. Reasons such as 'Not fit for purpose' 'Design flaw' etc will not deemed acceptable as a fault. Only genuine faults will be accepted as a fault.
7.5 We offer free returns for 90 days only (t&c apply), after 90 days return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
7.6 The customer will be responsible for packaging the item for return, we suggest the original is always kept safe in case of need for return.
8. Refund Policy according to timeline
Within 14 days of receiving the item:
8.1 Changed Mind/Ordered accidentally: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund/replacement. Customer will have to pay the return postage.
8.2 Incorrect Item Received: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund/replacement. The return cost will be paid by us.
8.3 Faulty Item Received: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund/replacement. The return will be free.
8.4 Item has come up with a fault: Item can be returned for refund/replacement. The return will be free.
From 14 to 30 days of receiving the item:
8.5 Changed Mind/Ordered accidentally: Ineligible for return.
8.6 Incorrect Item Received: Ineligible for return due to time elapsed.
8.7 Faulty Item Received: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund or replacement/repair. The return will be free.
8.8 Item has come up with a fault: Item can be returned for refund or replacement/repair. The return will be free.
After 30 days upto 90 days of receiving the item:
8.9 Changed Mind: Ineligible for return due to time elapsed.
8.10 Incorrect Item Received: Ineligible for return due to time elapsed.
8.11 Faulty Item Received: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund or replacement/repair. The return will be free.
8.12 Item has come up with a fault: Item can be returned for replacement/repair. The return will be free.
After 90 days upto 12 Months of receiving the item:
8.13 Changed Mind: Ineligible for return due to time elapsed.
8.14 Incorrect Item Received: Ineligible for return due to time elapsed.
8.15 Faulty Item Received: Item can be returned in original condition as received for a refund or replacement/repair. The return fee will have to be paid by the customer due to the time lapsed..
8.16 Item has come up with a fault: Item can be returned for replacement/repair. The return postage will have to be paid by the customer. The repair or replacement will be free.
